How to Schedule Your Inspection
Scheduling is quick and straightforward:
- Select whether the home is under 3,000 square feet or over 3,000 square feet.
- Choose the type of home: new construction, previously occupied single-family home, condo, townhome, or manufactured/mobile home.
- After selecting your service, an add-on menu will appear allowing you to choose optional services such as radon testing, water testing, termite inspections, and more.
- If you qualify for a discount as an active-duty service member, veteran, first responder, or educator, enter the appropriate discount code when scheduling the appointment: MILITARY, VETERAN, FIRST, or EDUCATOR.
- After scheduling, you will receive an email with a secure link to sign the inspection agreement and complete payment online. The inspection agreement is required by state law to be signed prior to the start of the inspection.
